Our Policies

How we run our sites, protect our people, and stand behind the work after handover. These policies apply to every Tricore project and every subcontractor we bring on.

Health & Safety (HSE)

Nobody should be injured building someone's business. Safety governs sequencing, not the other way round.

  • Site-specific risk assessment and method statement before works begin
  • Mandatory PPE for all personnel, ours and subcontracted
  • Toolbox talks and documented site inductions
  • Trained first-aiders and accessible first-aid provision on active sites
  • Scaffolding, working-at-height and hot-works controls
  • Incident reporting, investigation and corrective action

Quality Assurance

Quality is checked at the stage it can still be fixed, not discovered at snagging.

  • Material approvals and sample sign-off before ordering
  • Stage inspections at first fix, second fix and pre-handover
  • Coordinated shop drawings reviewed before fabrication
  • Testing and commissioning records for all MEP systems
  • Documented snag list with closeout sign-off
  • Handover pack including as-built drawings and warranties

Environmental & Sustainability

Malls and landlords increasingly require this in writing before granting fit-out access.

  • Waste segregation and licensed disposal routes
  • Dust, noise and vibration control on occupied sites
  • Low-VOC materials and finishes where specified
  • Water and energy efficiency in MEP specification
  • Compliance with landlord and authority environmental conditions

Conduct & Commercial Integrity

One priced scope, openly built. The final account should hold no surprises.

  • Variations raised, priced and approved before execution
  • Transparent itemised pricing at quotation stage
  • Fair treatment and timely payment of subcontractors and labour
  • Client confidentiality on drawings, concepts and commercial terms
  • No facilitation payments, under any circumstances
In Practice

What This Means
On Your Site

Policies only matter if they change what happens on the ground. Here's what you should actually see.

A Named Contact

One project manager accountable for your job, reachable directly, not a call centre.

Weekly Reporting

Progress against programme, with site photography, every week without being chased.

No Silent Variations

If something changes the price, you hear about it before the work happens, not after.

A Documented Handover

As-builts, warranties, commissioning records and a closed snag list, in writing.
